In the heart of Istanbul, we completely transformed a 120-square-meter apartment with a comprehensive turnkey renovation project that combines modern comfort and traditional luxury. As part of our project, we renovated all components of the apartment to the highest quality standards:

Infrastructure: All plumbing (electrical and water) systems were completely overhauled and future-proofed.

Floors and Walls: Floors have been modernized with new parquet and stylish ceramic tiles; plastering and painting have created a smooth and airy atmosphere.

Furniture and Joinery: Functional and aesthetic kitchen, bathroom, and closet units have been specially designed and installed. Comfort and energy efficiency were ensured with new, highly insulated joinery systems.

The Signature of the Project: Custom-Designed Hammam

The most striking and luxurious detail of the renovation is the custom hammam design integrated into the apartment. As seen in the images, the bath section draws inspiration from traditional Turkish architecture:
