Villa A.Ş / İncek

Our company, specialized in construction, renovation, and turnkey projects, has successfully completed a unique luxury villa project on behalf of A.Ş in the İncek region. The project began with the complete demolition of two old structures on the land, followed by a full redesign and new construction from the ground up. The newly built villa, with a footprint of 700 m², features an indoor swimming pool, a custom-designed closed garage for four classic cars, and highly functional living spaces.

All interior design elements were tailored and implemented in line with the homeowner’s specific requests. A separate guest bedroom, bathroom, and toilet were created, while a mezzanine floor inside the house was planned as a quiet and private workspace. A dedicated room was even designed for the family’s pets, adding a highly personal touch to the home. With underfloor heating, a rooftop solar energy system, a natural stone-clad fireplace, and high-insulation windows and doors, the villa offers both cutting-edge technology and year-round comfort.
